Welcome
Groupon! Body Wrap Spalon would like to Thank You for making our
promotion a huge success and we can’t wait to give you enjoy the
"Spalon Experience". We decided to provide you with some great
information to make your reservation and appointment wonderful!
- We are closed on Mondays. You may
call but be mindful that we will return your call the next
business day as soon as we can.
- Please leave a clear detailed
message and repeat your number twice if possible.
- We can only reserve 2 Groupons at
one time per client/time block.
- We must have your Groupon coupon
at time of visit. We will not be able to render any services
without it. In the event you forget the coupon we reserve the
right to reschedule and we will not honor the second service due
to our blocked time just for you.
- At the time of your reservation
booking we will need you to provide us a valid credit card
information for RESERVATION purposes only.
- 48 hour cancellation is required.
Anything after 24 hours will void your coupon. You may allow
someone to come in your place but we have to adhere to policy.
- Your Groupon is valid for time
specified in your specific Groupon.
- The services you are receiving
have been provided at an amazing rate, however we are not discounting the
quality of your service, therefore gratuity should be based on the
actual cost of service please. Unlike many spa's throughout the
country, we do not require our clients pay a
mandatory rate for gratuity. However, we do ask you
to consider that proper gratuity is any where between 15% -20% of
the service and more if you like. Thank you in advance for your
generosity.

The Body Wrap Spalon Policies
For the enjoyment and consideration of
all The Body Wrap Spalon clients we request that the following
policies be read and fully understood prior to making an
appointment. For any clarification please contact us at
405-843-9727.
Appointments

We suggest at least two days in
advance for single services, one week for packages and three weeks
for groups and weddings parties.

All appointments must be secured with
a credit card number.

A $50 deposit must be given at the
time of booking for spa services of $150.00 and above.

Any changes to the appointments
(number of people, treatment changes, etc.) must be made 48 hours
prior to the treatments.

Changes "on the spot" will result in
charging the originally booked appointments price.
Prices
Gift Cards and Gift Certificates
Cancellations
-
A mandatory 24 hour cancellation
notice must be given in order to avoid a cancellation
charge/booking fee.

Special promotions and Charity
Donations are subjective to a 48 hour cancellation

All appointments canceled without a
24-48 hour cancellation notice will be charged the full services
price. Members and Package clients are subjected to a forfeit of
service scheduled when clients NO-SHOWS.
Check In
-
Clients must arrive 10 minutes prior
to their scheduled appointments.

We reserve the right to cancel or
shorten a service for any client arriving 10 minutes or later to a
scheduled appointment.

For the consideration of other spa
guests please refrain from cellular phone usage during your visit.

For the comfort of other clients,
please do not bring children under 12 years old to the Spa.
Spa Hours
Health and Pregnancy Considerations

If you have high blood pressure,
allergies or any other physical ailments or disabilities, or if
you are pregnant, please make sure to notify our Staff when making
the appointment and before your treatment.

Should you experience any discomfort
during your treatment, please alert your therapist immediately.

We suggest all expectant mothers to
check with their doctors prior to getting in our spa.
Valuables
-
We suggest that you please leave your
valuables at home. Many of our treatments require removal of
jewelry, and we regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or
damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories, or
for misplaced items.

Gratuities
Refund Policy:
Membership Programs:

Spalon membership program is a 6 month
program with an auto renewal at the end of the 6 months. A written
request is required thirty days prior to the next billing. A
cancellation within the 6 month program is subjected to a $100
cancellation fee along with a thirty day cancellation notice.
Spalon member will incur additional charges for NSF, charge-back
fees, etc. associated when funds are not available.
